Silphium mohrii is a hardy, deciduous perennial with pale yellow single flowers from summer into autumn. It is a tall arching plant at approx. 150 cm so an ideal plant for the back of the border. Any reasonable well-drained soil in sun or light shade. Attractive to bees.
