Potentilla 'Red Robin' is arguably the best red flowered shrubby Potentilla with scarlet-red flowers over several months usually starting in May. Very floriferous. Green foliage. Deciduous. Height to approx. 60 cm x 90 cm. Thrives in a well-drained, moderately poor soil in sun. Flower colour does not fade in sun on this variety. Ideal plant for slopes or in the border or larger rockery.
