Phlox paniculata 'Neon Flare Blue' is a clump forming, hardy, deciduous perennial with attractive flower clusters of blue, rose-pink & white with a distinct cerise-purple eye in summer. A dwarf grower at approx. 30 cm tall making it ideal for planting at the front of the border or in a pot. Any reasonable moisture retentive soil in sun/part-shade.
