Parthenocissus tricuspidata 'Veitchii' is grown mainly for its attractive autumn splendour. It produces spectacular red-purple autumn leaf colour and dull blue berries(only after a hot summer). Grows to approx. 20 m but can be pruned. Deciduous. Any reasonable soil not too wet in part-shade. Attractive up walls or tree trunks.
