Panicum virgatum 'J. S. Blue Darkness' PBR is a deciduous perennial grass with blue-green leaves that turn a dark wine-red in autumn. Small greenish-purple flowering spike lets are produced from July to September. Grows to approx. 1 m tall. Easily grown in full sun on any soil even dry soils & especially good in coastal/more exposed sites.
