Liatris spicata 'Floristan Violett' is a hardy, deciduous perennial growing to approx. 1 m x 50 cm. Narrow foliage & bright pinkish-purple flowering spikes in late summer/early autumn. Must have full sun & a reasonable moist but well-drained soil. Can grow in a sheltered or more exposed position. Attractive to a variety of pollinators.
