It has an upright habit & ovate green leaves & densely packed conical flower heads are produced from midsummer to autumn. Lime-green buds open to white flowers that become tinted with pale-pink by the end of the season. Flower heads look attractive when left to dry on the plant & can then be cut & are everlasting. Easily grown in any reasonable moist but well-drained soil in sun/part-shade.Best planted in a sheltered position.

Care: Cut stems back to a few flower buds in spring to encourage longer flower heads. If plant is not cut back flowers will just be smaller. Cut out any dead, thin or stringy branches.
