Geranium 'Mazoretka' (Hardy geranium) Recent introduction
Geranium 'Mazoretka' is a recently introduced deciduous perennial that is hardy to - 10 C & easily grown. It will be a low maintenance plant that will be good for ground cover. It produces purplish-pink, star-shaped flowers with dark veins & small, white centres from June-Oct on long stems over soft, mid-green divided leaves. An extra bonus is that the leaves turn yellow & orange in autumn. Will grows to approx. 40 cm tall x 60 cm spread. It will take a while to reach maturity. Will grow in sun/part-shade & prefers soil that is more moist than dry.
