Cornus kousa 'Teutonia' AGM is a small, bushy, deciduous tree with pointed, lightly veined green leaves that turn reddish-purple in autumn. In midsummer clusters of small white flowers surrounded by large, white overlapping bracts up to 8 cm long spotted with pink as they mature. Reddish-pink strawberry-like fruits in autumn. Grows 4-8 m tall in 10-20 years. Any reasonable moist but well-drained soil in sun/part-shade. Likes a sheltered position. Hardy.
