Cichorium intybus is a clump forming, tall growing deciduous perennial with branched stems bearing attractive clear blue flowers in summer. Green dandelion-like foliage. Approx. 1.2m x 60cm. Fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. May irritate skin. A lovely plant for the back of the border or in a more natural situation.
