Anemone x hybrida 'September Charm'  AGM is an attractive variety with masses of cup-shaped rosy-pink flowers from July onwards usually until September or October creating late interest in your garden.  The tall wiry syems don't need staking even in a windy situation hence its other name of windflower. Semi-evergreen foliage.  A perfect plant for the back of any mixed or herbaceous border.  Best in sun or part-shade in any reasonable, humus rich soil that's not too dry.  If necessary lift and divide in spring. 2 litre pot.


Anemones look good grown with grasses such as Miscanthus or mixing with other varieties of Anemones or Penstemons.  In a mixed border they look good with purple leaved Berberis.
