Artemesia 'Powis Castle' AGM (Wormwood) Deer & rabbit resistant

Artemesia 'Powis Castle' AGM is an attractive sub-shrub with silvery-white, fern-like foliage from spring-autumn.. Fragrant, yellow flowers in late summer/early autumn. The flowers are not very attractive & the plant looks better if the flowers are cut off. Grows to approx. 60-90 cm tall but may spread to 90-180 cm if not trimmed. Evergreen in warm winter climates. Full sun in any reasonable but well-drained soil. Good in dry, poor soils. Excellent drainage is essential especially in winter. Can be grown as a specimen, fits well in a sunny, perennial border or makes a lovely addition to the herb garden. A low maintenance plant. Drought tolerant & deer & rabbit resistant.
