Acer palmatum 'Peve Dave' has reddish-purple leaves in Spring & Summer that turn fiery orange-red in Autumn. Deciduous. Inconspicuous red flowers in Spring followed by green red-flushed green seed pods. Approx. 2.5 m tall in 10 years. Can grow in any reasonable soil & will grow in clay, sandy or loamy soils. Sun or part-shade. Protect from strong winds.
