Acer palmatum 'Silhouette' is a columner growing Japanese maple with bright green leaves in Spring or Summer turning bright scarlet-red in Autumn. Deciduous. Eventually will reach 5 m tall x 1.4 m wide. Any reasonable soil in sun or part-shade. Needs a sheltered position.
