Astrantia major 'Star of Billion' PBR is a hardy, deciduous, clump-forming, herbaceous perennial that is easily grown in a sheltered or exposed position. Any reasonable moist but well-drained soil in sun/part-shade. Flowers from June-Sept. Branching stems bear greenish-white to white flowers with white bracts that are tipped with green. Reaches approx. 1 cm tall x 50 cm. Good cut flower. Attractive to bees. Deadhead to encourage repeat flowering.
