Sophora microphylla 'Sun King' AGM is a bushy, evergreen shrub that provides interest in late winter & early spring when long lasting yellow flowers appear. The flowers look luminous in low light against its rich, green foliage. Reaches approx. 3 m x 3 m. Sun/part-shade in any fertile, well-drained soil. Hardy but protect from cold, drying winds in winter & mulch around young plants in autumn. If needed trim back to tidy up in spring.
