Phlox paniculata 'Popeye' is a deciduous perennial with white flowers with a dot of pink in the centre in July to Sept. Mildew resistant. Fertile, reasonable soil, not too dry, in sun or partial shade. Clump former growing to approx. 85cm tall. Good for cut flowers. Grown in a 2 litre pot.
