Ordering Information

We currently do not take orders online, but we are happy to take orders over the phone 01539561126 or by email, cathsgardenplants61126@gmail.com. If ordering by email please send us your delivery address, any special delivery instructions such as where to leave when out, a telephone number so we can phone you to confirm your order and the plants you would like to order. Please do not send card  details by email.

Delivery prices

Bare root postage costs are £6. Pot grown plants starts at £18.50. Please note not all plants are suitable for mail order due to their size.

Payment information

We can take payment over the phone or by bank transfer. We can also take cheques but we will have to wait for them to clear before we dispatch.

Plants that you receive

Please note that during the season some plants may arrive cut down due to their size, this will actually be very beneficial due to plants energy going back into the base of the plant ready for the following years growth.If you are unsure or would like further information on which plants may have to be cut down please ask.

Dispatch information

We endeavour to send out pot grown  orders within 14 days of their receipt unless barerooted and we will send when it is the correct time of year, we are happy to take orders for bare root all year and we will ring before we dispatch. We use either Royal Mail for bare root orders or for potted  plants, hart distribution that aims for a 24hr delivery. We like to ensure that your plants arrive in the freshest condition possible. Please provide us with an alternate address or place that your plants can be left eg. in porch, in shed/garage etc. in case you are not in to accept delivery. Plants can be delivered to your place of work. When your order is placed with will inform you of a delivery date.
