Rodgersia podophylla AGM is a large growing perennial for reasonably moisture retentive soil. Attractive bronze-purple leaves up to 40cm unfurling in spring. Leaves turn bronze-red in autumn. Creamy flower panicles in summer. Approx. 1.5m x 1.8m.
Can be underplanted with spring bulbs eg. snowdrops, aconites, bluebells. Ideal near a water feature or in the border.
