Hydrangea petiolaris 'Flying Saucer' AGM
Hydrangea petiolaris 'Flying Saucer' AGM is a hardy, deciduous shrub/small tree growing to approx. 15 m x 3 m spread. Produces a wonderful display of flowers in summer. Initially needs training but the woody stems grow aerial roots so self-clinging as plant matures. Any reasonable moist but well-drained soil in sun/part-shade. Plant at least 45 cm away from the base of a wall. If needed prune back in late autumn or early spring but this will restrict flowers the following year.
