Eryngium planum 'Magical Silver' is a hardy, deciduous, upright growing perennial that produces attractive silvery-white thistle-like flower heads in July & August. It is easily grown in sun in any reasonable soil with good drainage (even sandy soil). Grows to approx. 60 cm x 40 cm spread. Very attractive to bees & butterflies. Wind tolerant.
