Clematis 'Daniel Deronda' AGM
Clematis 'Daniel Deronda' AGM is a hardy, robust, deciduous climber approx. 2.5 m x 1 m spread. Large flattish flowers are single or semi=double & are dark violet-blue up to 20 cm across. Well-spaced petals are paler on the reverse with cream stamens are produced in late spring to early summer. Single flowers in late summer followed by attractive seedheads. Any reasonable moist but well-drained soil in sun/part-shade. Hardy but needs a sheltered position.
