We have found this to be one of the hardiest varities to grow in the north-west. An evergreen columnar tree with cup-shaped white flowers 7cm or more across from late summer to autumn. Approx. 15m x 5m. Shelter from cold north & east winds. Any reasonably fertile, soil with the roots shaded and the crown in sun. If necessary prune when tree is dormanr in late winter or early spring.
