Aconitum 'Stainless Steel'

Aconitum 'Stainless Steel' is a taller growing perennial that is a good substitute for Delphiniums as it is not eaten by slugs. Attractive pale blue hooded flowers on tall stems from early to late summer over deeply divided grey-green foliage. Sun or part-shade in any reasonable soil not too dry. Poisonous if eaten.

Looks good planted with herbaceous Geraniums,Astrantias, Anemone japonica varieties or Asters.
