Calamagrostis x acutiflora 'Karl Foerster' is a perennial clump forming, slow spreading grass with arching mid-green leaves and attractive pinky-bronze flowerspikes that fade to buff or pale brown creating interesting architectural features in the herbaceous, mixed or grass border. Approx. 1.8m x 60cm. Moist, humus-rich soil in sun or part-shade.Cut down old & flowering stems to ground in early spring before new growth starts.
