Hedera colchica 'Sulphur Heart' AGM or 'Paddy's Pride'

Hedera colchica 'Sulphur Heart' is an evergreen plant with dark green leaves with yellow colouring the centre of the leaves. It is good in sun or part-shade in any reasonably fertile soil. It is also ideal as ground cover or on a wall or fence. Approx. up to 5m. Small birds like to nest in ivies. This variety provides a bright splash of colour in winter.

Providing that you wall is sound it is a good wall covering plant.  Research has found that climbers covering house walls can conserve energy.
