Anemanthele lessoniana or as it has been more commonly known for many years Stipa arundinacea is a tightly tufted grass originally from New Zealand.  It has a soft arching habit glowing with shades of bronze, gold and copper in autumn and sways attractively in any breeze.  Flowers from June-Sept.  Evergreen.  Approx. 1m x 1.2m.  Sun or part-shade in well-drained soil. Good for planting among shrubs or in a mixed or herbaceous border.  Do not cut back.  Tease out old growth in spring.  Wear gloves or use secateurs.
