Barnhaven Primula 'Yellow Cowichan' or Primula Cowichan Yellow Group

Barnhaven primula 'Yellow Cowichan' or Primula Cowichan Yellow Group produces striking chrome-yellow flowers with orange calyces from February to May over a rosette of dark leaves. May repeat flower in October. A neat extremely hardy grower at approx. 15cm tall. Sun or shade in humus-rich soil.
 
Easily grown in a container, rockery, raised bed or front of a border. A lovely splash of bright colour that is cheering early in the year.
