Caths Garden Plants is open every day from 1 March.
Although the weather is not really feeling Spring-like the nursery will be open every day from Monday 1 March. The soil is quite dry this year and good for planting as although we have had a severe winter we haven't had much heavy rain. It is interesting to see which plants have survived the severe weather and we have been surprised by some of the plants we thought more tender but have survived. One examle is Matthiasella bupleuroides 'Green Dream. Two pots were left out in the sales area and on checking yesterday they were still fine and that was in pots with no protection!
Our Heuchera varieties, even in small pots, have stood up well to the extreme temperatures. These look good in borders and in pots nearer the house in winter. We are open from 10-30am every day and would be pleased to see you.
