or use the contact us section on the website. We accept credit cards and cheques payable to: Caths Garden Plants.
We endeavour to send out orders within 21 days of their receipt. We use either Royal Mail for smaller orders of one or two plants or a carrier that guarantees a 24hr delivery with plants arriving before 4pm the day after despatch. We like to ensure that your plants arrive in the freshest condition possible. Please provide us with an alternate address or place that your plants can be left eg. in porch, in shed/garage etc. in case you are not in to accept delivery. Plants can be delivered to your place of work. If youprovide us with an email address/telephone number then we can notify you when your plants are despatched.
We can tell you the cost when you contact us to place your order. Costs vary depending on quantity of plants ordered, size of plants and the time of year.
We hope you will be pleased with your plants. We rarely have complaints. However should there be any cause for complaint, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All genuine complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
If the packaging is damaged causing damage to the plants or if the plants are delayed in transit, please keep all packaging but do not return the plants to us. If possible please photograph and send the photo to us.
We will endeavour to rectify the problem amicably and speedily.
We do not however undertake to replace plants due to abnormal weather conditions after you receive them, neglect them or if they are damaged by pests or animals.
All plants offered for sale are believed to be true to name and type. However, should a genuine mistake occur then we shall be pleased to rectify the matter. We guarantee to despatch good quality, healthy plants grown naturally at our nursery. If you need any advice please do not hesitate to contact us.
In accordance with home shopping laws, you have 7 working days to change your mind. If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done in writing. The law says that you do not have the right to cancel goods which would deteriorate rapidly. You will be responsible for the return of the goods to us in the condition in which they were sent.
